| When Richard Nixon was President of the United States, he chose a compound overlooking the historic waters of Biscayne Bay for his Winter Whitehouse, which focused national and international attention on Miami's tropical island. His long time friend, Bebe Rabozo, introduced Former President Nixon to the island of Key Biscayne. |
