Our Key West style home offers sunshine in virtually every room with windows, windows, windows everywhere! 

Step onto the tiled front porch, and enter through the windowed front door. You will see the living room on your left with comfortable light-colored couches and chairs, and a step down to the right will take you to the formal dining room, complete with wet bar. 

Pass through into the large eat-in kitchen, extending out into a family room with walls made of windows. The kitchen offers every modern convenience and is light and airy with a truly tropical flavor. The family room boasts a comfortable leather sofa for relaxing and watching the large screen television housed in an armoire for closing up when done. 

Step through the glass doors out onto the patio and pool deck, where palm trees rustle in the breeze and sunshine waits to greet you! Grill a dinner of fresh fish on the gas barbecue grill. (The pool is completely surrounded with a mesh fence to keep eager little ones safe.) 

From the pool patio area you can enter again through different glass doors into the master bathroom, complete with jacuzzi tub, and then into the master bedroom with four poster bed and Florida sunshine streaming through the windows. (Of course, the master bedroom and bathroom are accessible also from the interior hallway off the living room.) 

There is a second bedroom with either two twin beds or a queen (your choice), a third bedroom that we use as a study with a large comfortable pull-out queen sofa bed, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. Two other professionally decorated bathrooms are available for the three other bedrooms. 

The home can sleep up to eight people very comfortably. 

Other amenities include: 3 TVs and 3 VCRs, a home theater, and all pay channels on the cable system. The living room also offers a wet bar. 

It is centrally located on the island paradise of Key Biscayne, Florida. Only a short walk of four blocks, or a quick bicycle ride, and you find yourself in the center of the island at the Village Green - a 9-acre park with playground, play fountain, jogging/bicycle path, and playing fields. It is about the same distance to the many clothing boutiques and unique gift stores that Key Biscayne has to offer. Key Biscayne's two grocery stores are also within walking distance or a brief three minute car ride. 

From this home the beach is easily accessible through Crandon Park (5mins drive North) or Cape Florida (5 mins drive South).  The Atlantic Ocean is gentle as it ripples up onto the white sand of the Key as a natural sandbar just a short distance offshore tames any large waves, making the beach a perfect playground, even for toddlers.
