Colony is a 40-acre condominium complex on on the island paradise of
Key Biscayne. Completed in the early 1980's, Key
Colony offers 800 feet of Atlantic Ocean frontage for easy beach access
for residents of the property. Botanica is one of four buildings
in Key Colony and
is a 4-story building featuring open walkways, secure lobby key entry,
a workout room, game room, family pool, 24-hour security office, assigned
undercover parking, and tropical gardens and lush greenery throughout the
building. Residents of Botanica need only walk about about 5 minutes
along the landscaped paths of Key Colony to the gate leading onto the sand.
In addition to the amenities of Botanica, Key
Colony offers an Olympic lap pool, tennis courts, and guard gate at
the entrance of the property. |

in the world, and its proximity to the mainland and convenience to
