Crandon Park Beach on Key Biscayne has a lifeguard station right on the property and the picture on the right is the entrance to it.  Here you can find about surf temp., water temp., and if there are any surf warnings such as a Man-O-War warning.  There are no rip tides here due to the miles of sand flats between the beach, the swim area, and the deep of the Atlantic Ocean.
The picture on the left shows how huge the beach actually is.  It goes on like this for miles.  Great beach!!
Kissing under the palms is something that young couples in love can simply not resist.  Nor should they.  Whether we should be taking pictures of them doing it is another matter.  Somebody's gotta do it.  Crandon Beach is a great setting for any activity that we on the planet earth enjoy.  A clump of Coconut Palms on the Atlantic Ocean's edge makes a perfect spot for this family outing.  Complete with Hammock, towels, and pillows.  Probably a good book in there too.
Each of the walks towards Crandon Park is different.  A different tide, another time of day, weather conditions, and people.  The Island House, the first condominium built on Key Biscayne is seen (1/2 of it) on the far left of the left picture and then the longer condo closest to Crandon is the Commodore Club.  This left picture was taken from Key Colony Beach looking North.  The water at Crandon is crystal clear as seen on the right.
