You have to have his and hers toilets on the construction site. I think. It may not be. I like the pink for girls and blue for boys touch of the Port a Potties. It is so refreshing, when the wind is just right, to catch a full set of lungs of that special odor washing over the playground. The Village would not dare THINK that children would be playing in the runoff. (It is downhill to the playground) Better to have these here where children play than where somebody from the Village might have to look at them from their office. Is anybody thinking that this is gross? Nope.

Actually caught on digital film is one of the annointed citizens of Key Biscayne COMMERCIALLY DUMPING and using an AUTHORIZED KEY TO OPEN THE CLOSED DUMPSTER!!!! Shocking isn't it? See him opening the gate? Fortunately his initials start with Juan, so he will never be tracked down. (True)
