Bob Oldakowski was elected Mayor of Key Biscayne in the Runoffs by a margin of 55% over mayoral candidate Richard Gregorie.
Proven leadership!
Committed to examining the details related to Village issues.
Works effectively with people of differing views.

Carol is a 15 year Village resident, married mother of three children as well as a Business Owner and a State Certified General Contractor.
Her Village Council appointments include Building Review Committee Chairperson and the Community Center Committee.  She is a member of the St. Christopher Montessori School Library Committee that established the new Media Center, she serves as the Building Committee Chairperson for the school expansion program and is honored in her capacity in the Episcopal Lay Order, Daughters of the King.

Carol desires to accomplish our community's goals through efficient use of tax revenues.  Raising the level of service for Fire Rescue, neighborhood security, island beautification, code enforcement and vehicular traffic are high on Carol's list of issues that need resolution as well as securing open space and playing fields for all residents.

As one who is delighted to live and raise a family here, Carol is uniquely qualified to develop an improved Zoning Code which embraces our "Island Character" and  to work cooperatively with the County to resolve issues affecting the Community School.
We hope that you will be joining us in exercising your right to vote on Tuesday, November 19th, 2002.
