A.)  Yes but there is a catch.  The catch is that you MUST credit www.key-biscayne.com for the photograph. 
On the web...You must link to www.key-biscayne.com by either a text link that says something like "Photo courtesy of www.key-biscayne.com" or "Photograph thanks to www.key-biscayne.com" and have that text either ON the picture, UNDER the picture or BESIDE the picture.  In books, magazines, travel guides or newspapers,  Photographer - Eddie Dziura must also be visible near the photograph . That text may be vertical. 

If you are using the picture on a website we appreciate it if you also link  the picture itself  to www.key-biscayne.com and that is also acceptable AS A LINK . The text link is preferable.   If you link the picture, you still MUSTcredit the picture as mentioned above.

We take our copyright extremely seriously as several publishers and web sites have found out over the years and will not tolerate you stealing our material.

This is not too much to ask for a royalty free photograph!  If you fail to credit the photograph properly, it is understood that these photographs are not royalty free and are available for limited license usage for a fee with prices starting at $410 per picture.  Price vary on photographs, type of publication, size of photo to be used, circulation, size, scope of distribution, length of time as well as quantities of photographs used.  We do offer a substantial quantity discount.

Infringing our copyright where we find out and you did not ask, the price doubles using comparable from GettyImages (a photo and film bank that sells and licenses pictures, film and images). Hint: Our prices are lower.
Do not take our images as we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law as allowed by the United States Copyright and International copyright laws permit.  DON'T DO IT!

Q.) I want to take my dog / cat / horse / pet to the beach.. Does ANY beach on Key Biscayne allow this?
A.) NO.  The ONLY beach that allows pets is the beach on Virginia Key where you park your car right on the beach and let your pet swim.  This is located between the William Powell Bridge (the tall bridge) and the Miami Seaquarium on the right side of the road.  Any pets on Key Biscayne beaches are subject to fines etc....

Q.) I am shooting a television commercial.  Who do I call for the necessary permit?

Q.)  May I use your descriptive text  or photos in my web site or for my school report or for my travel magazine?
A.)  Yes.  Once again, our text is subject to all United States and International Copyright Laws and we have worked long and hard and spent countless dollars developing it.  It is not there for you to steal or use and pretend that you wrote it or that you own it.  We will defend our copyright to the fullest extent of the law.  If you use our text, you simply need to credit us with a link saying "Source: www.key-biscayne.com".  A link that says that.  A link. Photograph usage terms are listed above.

Q.)  I just want to web publish your pictures and or material and don't feel like giving you credit.  You won't know.
A.)  Get an attorney. You may be surprised to know that codes can be dropped into a photograph that you will not see and cannot find but will identify the photograph as ours and  allows us to track where any of our photographs are published on the Internet anywhere in the world at any given time.  In fact, we would be able to identify whose computer you used, what browser or other method you used to extract the photograph,  at what time you did it and where you put it.  We will know.  Do not forget that nearly 100,000 people visit this site every day and they will tell us if they see our pictures in a Ukrainian poster. Just Don't do it. Thanks. It will save us both tons of aggravation and you money.  Just give us credit as described, pay for it, or go take your own picture.

A.)  Yes, you should have a page on www.key-biscayne.comas well as your website.  The reasons for this are very simple.  Your site is NOT designed to be found on search engines! (We tell the truth here) It is designed to get your money fast and look pretty. 99.9% of web designers ARE NOT Internet Marketing people.  This means that your site is most likely designed to look good but without any attention given to whether or not anyone in the world will find it.  They will tell you that all you need is 'keywords' and 'meta-tags and then do a fine job of not knowing how to write a code that will do the job of getting you "found" on search engines.  The only way you will find out is after you paid them  and not get any business.  We have helped countless people with this same story who have spent thousands of dollars and are at wits end.  We do it right.  Just check the search engines for yourself and see if www.key-biscayne.com is in the top ten for anything related to Key Biscayne.  Then find the person that you are thinking of giving your money to.  If they are paying to be in the 'paid' section of the search engines, you better hold on to your wallet and get away fast.  We will be here tomorrow.  We have been here for over 42 years and in the business before most knew what the Internet is.  We are full time professionals who are also your neighbors.

A.) Nobody believed in the Internet then. People scoffed at the idea. BUT>>>It is not too late for you!.  It is just more crowded and makes our product that much more valuable.
