Biscayne National Park runs from these Islands to the mainland, so this means that lobstering and many other activities are prohibited by Federal Law. The good news is that on the Eastern side of Boca Chita, the Ragged Keys, North to the island of Key Biscayne, one can get lobster anywhere in the Atlantic Ocean (until of course you hit the Bahamas, then Bahamian Law takes effect). |
