Virginia Key Flats with Miami on the horizon

Another picture perfect day on Key Biscayne which would include picture perfect weather and water on Virginia Key.  With the moon being towards the full side, the tides are more dramatic as seen here with the sand flats being almost entirely exposed.  Long time a favorite spot for television and brochure photographs, the sand provides photographers with a great diffused natural light that chases shadows away and makes additional lighting for photo shoots minimal not to mention the fact that it is a pretty nice backdrop for just about any photograph.  Or, good just by itself.  The Rickenbacker causeway is running left to right with Key Biscayne being behind the photo vantage point.  In fact, this picture was taken almost up against the seawall that surrounds the Miami Seaquarium.
