Boating on Key Biscayne - passing under the bearcut bridge

The last bridge before Key Biscayne is the "Bear Cut" Bridge.  This group is about to pass under the
bridge after coming in from a day of fishing in the Atlantic Ocean.
From the looks of things, it appears that all aboard are quite contented on returning to port.
A very strong current passes under the Bear Cut Bridge and empties the bay back into the Atlantic
with the tidal flows, and the water returns twice daily.   This fact makes Bear Cut a favorite for Anglers
to find schools of baitfish to take with them to attempt to land  the larger fish located offshore.
This particular picture was taken on Memorial Day at approximately 5 PM.  For a view of the local traffic
and the various happenings of the day, simply click right here to be moved to the top of the bridge.
