To give you an idea of the beauty of the Key Biscayne Golf Course, the first hole of the absolutely
beautiful golf course is called...you guessed it...'Mulligan'.

Twighlight fee starts at 3 but don't expect to get in 18 hole since it is getting dark around 6:00 -  (and you can walk if you like)
Don't be looking for an address on the side of the road.
Come onto the Rickenbacker Causeway after paying the toll at the toll gate and follow the road
over three bridges and approximately one mile past the Crandon Marina (located on the right hand
side of the road after the third bridge) and stay in the right lane.  You will see after you curve to the
right along the causeway that about as soon as the road straightens there you will find the entrance.
It is by no means a dramatic entrance, but once you are inside of the brush and trees,
the view opens up and along every hole is a beautiful view.
Oh yeah, you can play golf too.  Good luck.  You will need it.

Golf course overview:

    * Formerly known as "The Links at Key Biscayne"
    * Crandon Park Golf Course is a championship 18-hole golf course located on the "island paradise" of Key Biscayne, just 10 minutes from downtown Miami. It is the only public course on the Bay. Designed in 1972 by Robert von Hagge and Bruce Devlin, and redesigned by von Hagge in 1993, the course features the world's largest tee, seven saltwater lakes, challenging sand traps, mangrove thickets, and many holes overlooking Biscayne Bay.

      Since 1987, it has hosted the Senior PGA Tour, attracting players including Lee Trevino, Chi Chi Rodriguez, Don Messengale, Ray Floyd and Gary Player. The course is considered one of the most beautiful and difficult par-72 courses in the state and has been rated in the top ten courses by Golfweek, and one of America's top 75 upscale courses by Golf Digest. It also has a fully stocked pro shop, cart and equipment rentals, pro lessons, a lighted driving range, and practice chipping and putting greens.

      In 1993,Crandon Park Golf Course underwent a $1.5 million renovation. Seventeen of eighteen greens were rebuilt to PGA specifications, which had changed since the course opened. Some bunkers were expanded and some greens were made smaller, and mounds were added around many of them. A new irrigation system was installed, and cart paths were built along several holes that had none. Hills were added around the greens for better depth perception and to provide viewing areas for the Annual Senior PGA Tournament.

      In 1997, Crandon Park Golf Course began using ParView in all golf carts--a sophisticated golf distancing and communications system. As the golfer approaches each hole, ParView displays a graphical interpretation of the hole featuring distances to the landmarks, pro tips on how to best play the hole, and an elapsed timer to monitor pace of play. As the cart approaches the green, ParView displays pin placement and all pertinent slopes and undulations.

      From the first hole - a dog leg par 5 that requires a drive over water and mangroves - to the last - another par 5 with water on both sides of the fairway - Crandon Park Golf Course has, in many ways, become Miami-Dade's signature public golf course. Play on the Bay at Crandon Park Golf Course!If you are planning on playing golf on Key Biscayne, we really hope that you like water because you will be seeing much water on the 18 holes that is the Links of Key Biscayne.  Beautiful palm trees are strategically placed inbetween something that we have miles of down here.
