Open for business in 2003, Key
Languages, is located at 800 Crandon Blvd, Suite 101, on the
corner of Crandon Boulevard and West Mashta Drive in the newest building
on Key Biscayne and located right across the street from The Ocean Club.

Key Languages is located
just outside of the elevator doors. Inside you will find a state-of-the-art
facility with some of the finest instructors anywhere to assist you in
your language needs. The programs include an Intensive English
Program, Conversation Classes, Business English, Professional
Presentations, Business Writing, TOEFL Preparation. These programs
are also offered in Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, and
other languages, however if you should require a specific language
and/or specific field such as Medical Spanish, or need instruction
in Mandarin Chinese, Key
Languages has the resources for instruction, study materials
and a custom-designed program to suit your personal needs. |

| The computer lab is on location at the
Key Biscayne school and is available for Key Biscayne language students
to study the language of their choice at their pace. In the Key Biscayne
Computer Lab, there are a variety of programs, some that concentrate on
pronunciation only, some for grammar only, and some programs that practice
different skills using the same program. Many of these programs also
have a "recording" feature so that each student can monitor their own progress. |

The Lead Director of Key Languages
is Cassia Silva who prefers the 'communicative approach, and the teachers
are trained to teach the same for all language lessons and language courses.
If you are learning, or practicing English, Spanish, French, Italian, German,
or Portuguese, you will most likely be involved in the most modern communicative
approach where the drills are used as a complement to the course (as extra
practice) and not as the lesson itself, as well as having your language

| Although there is a large variety of online
language courses available, Key
Languages believes that there is no substitute for a student's
direct interaction, person to person, face to face with their language
instructor. Key Languages
has a "pool" of approximately fifteen different teachers available that
immerse a student in the language. "Living" the language is a tremendous
benefit which is accomplished through a balance and variety of actions
such as watching TV in the target language, working in the computer lab,
reading the newspaper, studying the lessons, and interaction with other
people as well as the instructor.
