Colony and is a 4-story building featuring open walkways, secure lobby key entry, a workout room, game room, family pool, 24-hour security
office, assigned undercover parking, and tropical gardens and lush greenery throughout the building.
Residents of Botanica need only walk about about 5 minutes along the landscaped paths of Key Colony to the gate leading onto the sand.
