Key Biscayne Parking Picture
of the Day
We could not help but notice that the license
plate was from out of state but this still seems a very strange way to
leave a
parking lot. This creative
use of space earns the parking picture of the day.
Upon further investigation we found that
in order for this car to park here, it first had to break a full grown
palm tree at the base
by driving directly into it with enough
force to ride up the tree (getting the front wheels off of the ground and
over the wall).
Unfortunately for some unsuspecting tenants
of the Key Biscayne Executive Building were leaving at the exact moment
that
the tree was falling directly onto the
hood of their car. Timing is everything. Nobody was hurt.
Seen above is the exit drive from the Key Executive Building with the palm tree that was used as a ramp moved into the planter.
As dozens of people stopped in disbelief,
many taking pictures with their cell phones or other cameras, the woman
in white
(above left) approached one of our photographers
and told him that it was "not appropriate" for him to be taking pictures.
His response was that "the car on the
wall is not appropriate". She insisted that she was being harassed,
complained to
the police on duty. Nice huh?
Come on down to Key Biscayne, smash palm trees into other cars, tear up
walls, further
conjest the traffic, and then complain
that you are being harassed. Yes, we go to great lengths to
bring you the latest
from 'The Island Paradise'.
Other
great moments in driving around Key Biscayne - Except this one is on fire....
