| Practice sessions take place off of the Island of Key Biscayne, Florida.
Depending on the race schedule, practice sessions will take place in either
the protected waters where conditions are smooth, or a course will be set
up in the Atlantic Ocean where conditions will better prepare the racers
for the next race. |

Thankfully there is a 'ski dock' that was built into a protected cove
that provides the racers with a much needed break in between physical conditioning
sessions.
After a rest , some shade and a cool drink, it is time for setting
up yet another course to challenge and develop racing abilities and tactics. |
