Out on the waters of Key
Biscayne.....
Yep...we will add your photo here if you
like.... Hey, its fun!
Once we get out along the Cape Florida
Channel in front of the Cape Florida Lighthouse, many people like to stop
the
boat and take some pictures here.
Some wait until we go into the Biscayne Channel (also known as the 'finger
channels')
and get a picture or ten of themselves
in front of the A frame Stiltsville structure with the lighthouse on the
horizon.
One party of happy mariners wanted simply
to go out into the Gulf Stream because one of the young men aboard had
never seen a "flying fish". Yes
they do have "wings" and yes they do fly sometimes 50 or more yards off
of the surface
of the water. Off we went and, yes,
we did find some 'flying' fish for him to see. We were also joined
by a pod of porpoise.
